Digital Services Act information

This page sets out information for users in the European Union under the EU Digital Services Act ("DSA"). Nuvid AI provides AI marketing tools, customer workspaces and generated creative assets for ecommerce teams.

Single point of contact

For DSA-related inquiries, users and authorities can contact Nuvid AI at legal@nuvid.ai.

We can receive and respond to DSA communications in English and Swedish.

Report illegal content

If you believe content available through Nuvid AI is illegal in the EU, email legal@nuvid.ai with the content URL, a description of the issue, your legal basis where known, and your contact details.

Appeals

EU users may appeal a moderation or account decision by emailing legal@nuvid.ai within 180 days of the decision. Include the account email, decision reference if available, and why you believe the decision should be changed.

Authorities

Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can submit DSA-related orders or inquiries to legal@nuvid.ai.

Illegal content reports

To help us process a report efficiently, please include enough information for us to identify the content and assess the report:

The URL, share link, asset ID, account name or other location of the content.
A clear explanation of why the content is alleged to be illegal.
The relevant EU or Member State law where you know it.
Your name and email address, unless the report concerns certain sensitive offences where anonymous reporting may be legally protected.
A statement confirming that the information in the report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Out-of-court dispute settlement

Where applicable under the DSA, EU users may be able to refer eligible disputes to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to a competent court. Decisions by out-of-court bodies are not binding on you or on Nuvid AI unless required by applicable law.

Information on EU users

In accordance with the DSA, Nuvid AI states that the average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union are below 45 million. This information is prepared for DSA compliance purposes and should not be used for other purposes.
