Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Nuvid. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates real individuals without consent. You will not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

You retain ownership of the URLs, brand assets, scripts and inputs you submit ("Inputs"). You grant Nuvid a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process Inputs solely to operate and improve the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the videos and assets generated for you by the Service ("Outputs"), and may use them for commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring Outputs comply with applicable advertising standards and platform policies (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits are consumed when a generation or remix job is submitted. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Outputs are produced by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing them.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvid's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Nuvid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice.
